BAKED PENNE PASTA WITH WHITE SAUCE.
Read the recipe Before trying it out.
If you are into dieting then try using ingredients that I did to avoid extra calories
but if you are as regular as Marshall from HIMYM then its all up to you.
INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED
Butter(AMUL LOW FAT) - 2 tablespoons
All purpose Flour - 2 tablespoons
(butter and flour are to be taken in same proportions)
Onion (optional- finely diced) - 1/2
Garlic (opt.) - 3-4cloves
Milk (AMUL SKIMMED) - 1 cup
Chilli Flakes -To TasteSalt - To taste
( NO OIL, AVOID IT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE)
Vegetables (opt.) : Baby corn , broccoli, zucchini etc.
METHOD : (with pictures)
- Cook the pasta in Hot boiling water until its Al dente (if you dont know what it means, just Google it )

- To the sauce now add pasta (turn off the flame to avoid over thickening) and mix.
- Now Grease an oven dish with the same butter (avoid over greasing) and put pasta in it.
